1. The personal data processing policy involves storing data in the Tribute Salon database only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. The data subjects are regular customers who have a client profile within the salon, as well as individuals who place orders on the Tribute Salon website.
1.1. By completing the appointment form and making an advance payment, you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.2. The personal data you provide during the appointment process (first name, last name, email address, phone number, and details about the requested service) will be processed exclusively for managing your appointment, confirming it, sending reminder notifications, and processing the advance payment, where applicable.
1.3. The advance payment is required as part of the reservation process to confirm your intention to use our services. It is recorded in our system and used to reserve the necessary time and resources for providing the requested service.
1.4. Personal data collected when placing an order will be used exclusively for processing the order, confirming it, and, where applicable, delivering the requested products.
1.4.1. The personal data processed includes:
- Email address for communications and promotions
- Phone number for order confirmation and delivery
- First and last name for personalized messages
- Address for delivery
- Billing details for payment processing
- Job title and company name for personalized communications and invoicing
- Information about the device used (IP, browser) to improve the website experience
1.5. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases required by law. Tribute Salon implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or destruction.

b. The right to ask us about the data we hold about you – you can request information on which of your personal data is being processed by us at any time.

d. The right to request that we delete the data we hold about you – you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
e. The right to unsubscribe from our newsletter services at any time.
f. The right to file complaints with the relevant authorities regarding the use of your data.
